I'm thinking about it Gary, Stage is supposed to be 95% smooth tarmac 5% broken. Need to know how rough that 5% really is though, oh and don't forget the jumps!

This is the camp site I have been in touch with

They have confirmed they can accomodate 20 tents (possibly more),but I do need to confirm ASAP

it also looks like a deposit will be required at the time of booking

What I may suggest is, if if they let me provisionally book the 20 places then all the people who are camping can contact the site direct within x amount of days and pay direct by visa/debit card etc.

I will confirm this ASAP,please do not contact the site until I confirm everything as I may see if we can get a discount for group booking.

 

I have now confirmed and booked the camp site and paid a group deposit

The cost is £15.00/tent/night and you can pay this on arrival ( I am still trying to negotiate a discount 8) )

Also don't forget the cost of getting into Chatsworth, should be around £18.00 for a weekend pass

The camp site have allowed upto 35 tents now

Chatsworth are also ok with this amount for the club stand

So keep those names coming

Same cost for adults and kids.

 

Checked the reply form the organiser @ Chatsworth and it says per head for age 17 and over

Child passes @ £8.00 per head

Under 9s free

Been lookin to try and get a big Motor home for this , anyone know where you can hire them at a reasonable price. Wanted £600 !!! where I looked.
