I have now changed roles where I work & am now the Business & Operations Manager (sounds rather posh) because we have completely refurbed our building to include conference facilities.
No longer HSE Manager - Not quite sure how it happened, but I just became a Business Systems Analyst for the European division of the same firm. Only just starting out... massive hill to climb in terms of knowledge, but I know this is gonna be the job I am going to not mind going to work for!
Congratulations Jim - well done bud  I've just gone in the opposite direction - I'm back on the same site I used to work on 10 years ago - now contracting doing one of the jobs that other people used to do for me... I'm running Dyno cell engines for durability & NVH testing and such like at Helical - nice to be back actually - although for a fair bit less money
Firstly should never ask a lady her age , So anyway................ 43 in June  and am a Quantity Surveyor for a rather large global building management systems company
