Well Lane RR day

Just posting for any of those interested.

I have organised a rolling road day (as I regularly do) on

SUNDAY 4th JULY 2004

at Well Lane Turbo Centre in Batley, Leeds.

It is fully booked at the mo and I have reserves too.

But if anyone fancies a wander over for a nosey, you are more than welcome.

There are 25 Subarus running from standard to over 400bhp[:0] but therell be a lot more attending just to watch (I hope).

There are also a few LADS members actually running, so it will be interesting to see what they get. A full list of runners and their specs can be found in the Northern section of Scoobynet (best to check after NBO as it is choca with all that at the mo)

It starts at 9.30 and goes on til about 1-2pm

Im certainly interested to see what I get at WL compared to ProSport.

My car will be the same spec except for the injectors and hence probably more consistent fuelling but I wouldn expect these to make much difference to max tq/bhp.

Rich, does WL give WHP?

They don NORMALLY on dyno days for everyone as they try to get through things as quick as poss, but if you ask them specifically before you go on, Im sure they will.

If you want, remind me just before you go on and Ill ask Barry/Ian for you.

i got 297bhp m8 although the last run was only 291bhp.
still not got the 300 i was looking for, just scouring the bank accounts now to see how im going to pay for next mod[]

 

I got 343bhp (324@Prosport) but only 312lb/ft of torque (322@Prosport). The turbo didn hit full boost on the rollers but I was happy with the way the car pulled.

Yeah,

This is his 95 WRX wagon not his STi6 wagon. Not bad to have one Scoob at near 600 and a 2nd one at near 400bhp![]

Thanks Rich,I wondered why his figs were so low,[](like my figs would be that high LOL) i wish i could check them out mate, but our company has decided that scoobynet is a pish website & off no further use to me.
