Well - the misses wants a new car for a new job - she got the call today - and she stats Monday...... Huurahhhh So she needs a car PDQ..... Im a weeeee bit excited... cos I used to own one - nbut not as good as this one. Its like a step back in time for me - Its almost the car I dreamed of as a teenager. Its a bargin - I think - rare as hens teeth - been professionally stored and kept fairly mint. Hope she likes it - gonna get it on Saturday... Will post more up then.
Close - She would have one but doesnt like the slightly off center seating/driving position . It is a Puegeot - yes
Letting her know you're planning a large family... Sister in law has 5 kids - the 807 suits fine
Just planning first mods in lunch break - Already agreed to new front and rear lights. This model has slightly dim rear lights so new ones are needed (for safety reasons of course  ) And she wants a set of angel eyes for the front..... hmmmmmm 8)
Got some Photos today...... Its a pug 205 1.9 CTI Its stored in a Barn - with about 70 other cars - from BMW 330is, Ferraris, Porcshes to a Dodge Viper. Its from a collectors stock, who is offloading cars and making room. As you can see - its in pretty damn good nick - only slight problems all round - slight scratch on the bonnet - couple of pin dents - and a missing mud flap. There are a few rubber bits perishing, but nothing that cant be polished out or put right quite easily. The car is one of 300 Hydaulic Electric roof models - with a brand new roof. Its got full electric windows but the passenger side is not working - so the collector is sending us a new one when he source's one. The only thing that is not standard are the wheels. It still got the cat on. (for those that dont know - the 1.6 CTI has 115bhp - the 1.9 CTI has 105 due to emission regulations - that meant it was forced to be strangled by a heavy cat.) They do come off quite easily tho.... 16 years old - 72,000 miles - with a full and complete service history - including a detailed break down of everything done since regestration. Drives very well - a bit like a tank compared to the scoob - but Gill Loves it.
nice find jim looks good is there any mk1 xr2 in that barn :?: have you got a stock list of the cars that are being sold
