The Rally Show 2009 Chatsworth House

Dates are now confirmed for the 2009 Rally Show as 6th and 7th June 2009.

If you attended this event last year you will know what I mean when I say how fantastic an event this was. Anyone wanting to attend this please put your names on the list below.

Car clubs will take pride of place this year with a different location so no dusty tracks, it will be tarmac all the way.

The more cars we get the cheaper it will be, at this stage there is no limit to the number of cars we have, but we MUST have the application form in by 4th May 2009.

This year the organisers are planning to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the World Rally Championship in conjunction with Motorsport News – more on this will be announced in the months leading up to the show. But if it is anything like last years saturday evening party it will be a night to remember

As this is a two day event it will be held as a camping trip also, details of which will be put up in a seperate thread coming soon :wink:

Every person that puts their name down will receive an email from me with all relevent information they need ie Site Plan and Terms and conditions.

The charges represent 1 two day ticket per person attending, you MUST account for everyone in your party/family attending this event !!

They WILL be charged on the gate if they do not have a wrist band.

If we are to get the prices below all monies have to be with me by 31st Dec 2008. Prices subject to change afterwards !!

1-10 cars £25.00 per adult
11-30 cars £22.00 pa
31+ cars £1900 pa

Saturday Only £15.00 pa
Sunday Only £19.00 pa
Children 16 and under are FREE !

and depends on what i,m doing around that time last year i went to renault day at silverstone the saturday and did rally day sunday

For how many Paul, is it just you ?

Sorry to keep on about this guys, but we need to know numbers as in the past we have had problems once the day comes and people haven't told us the correct amount of people in their party. If it is just yourself I need to know, as I have put x 1 adult for me I need others to do the same.

 

Just to add to Dave's request

These tickets (entrance wristbands)are issued to the club a couple of months prior to the event

There is a wristband for Saturday and a wristband for Sunday.

If you do not inform us of the numbers in your party (including children under 16)and which day(s) of attendance and you turn up without a wristband issued, you will have to pay full price per person per day.

Basically everyone in your party needs to be named
