    Hi,

Has anybody on here fit a non genuine Sti spoiler to their car (newage)?

There is a company in leyland selling them on eBay for £144 and they look pretty decent, I know you get what you pay for but I just can't pay genuine sti spoiler prices, and most seem to be in wr blue, so that's an added expense aswell, getting it sprayed to match my car.

So was wondering if anybody has had any problems with these eBay spoilers?

    Thanks
    Ste

No not yet mate, but been keeping my eyes open for one on the forums and they all seem to be around the £250-£300 mark and never in the colour I need, ha ha. So I'd be looking at maybe £150 to get it sprayed.

The eBay one seems the easiest and cheapest option, but obviously if people have had problems with them then I'd stay well clear :) And get saving for a genuine one

DO NOT use a non OEM spoiler.

Wait for one to turn up in your colour, it will be cheaper in the long run.

The replica ones always split and are completely $HITE.

I would rather keep the ironing board spoiler than waste money on a replica STi jobbie.

Save your pennies and put towards wheels.
