Hi guys - a lad at work has just acquired a supercharged mini - He is after doing some mods - but is struggling to find a good 'mini forum' for reliable advice. Has anyone here had one of these or know of a good place to start? He is currently looking into suspension and brakes... Cheers
My friend has an R53, like a phase 1 mini cooper-S. He used http://www.lohen.co.uk/ quite a bit. From memory he got a new lighter pulley, reduced belt. Colder range spark plugs. 380c JCW injectors, GRS intercooler and a remap (oh plus exhaust, decat and manifold). It ran around the 230bhp mark on a rolling road, and the thing spits out flames! Great little car like.
