Big thanks to Chris & Pro-sport for organising a great day !! Carl i think i may eat my words and go and see Mr Bulmar, your torque figure is very impressive mate!! Shes deffinately got more in her!!

Don forget Kris that Carls car was much more powerful than yours to start with and has better block, pistons, crank, sodium filled valves, equal length twin entry headers, etc etc. The result from you car is more than impressive. Your gearbox won handle much more, Carls will.

Some impressive figures there from a lot of people. Would be better though if peoples mods were listed, then the results would actually mean something![;)]LOL

Cheers Rich, yes she pulls like a train!! Seems only yesterday since i pulled into Jap Innovations and asked you guys what you could do for me with my standard 225HP WRX!! Infact i remember the stern look on your face when i said id like to get my WRX to 300HP. I would never have beleived i would be at the level im at!! It certainly embarrasses most STIs
Got another 2k to spend yet. Im not concerned about the so called weak gearbox everyone keeps going on about, its all hunky dory in the transmission dept!! If she goes then ill replace her with a 6 speed STI one. Till now all is fine and the car puts a hell of a smile on my face each time i drive her, very pleased. Next quest is 400HP then shes going for a 911 Turbo !! Well we will see anyway !!

Any news to report back on the BM with respect to Mods to date or is she still standard ??

    Kris

Massive improvement Kris, even before the remap I could feel the extra low down torque from the headers[8D] Well happy with the exhaust too and an absolute bargain, might have to try and persuade Neil to get a front mount so I can buy his intercooler at a bargain price too[;)]
Only problem now is that Paul found a dodgy neutral switch while they were mapping, this has brought the cel light on and has made the car feel a bit sluggish at high revs[:(] It will be fixed soon though[8D]
Problem is once the modding starts it is difficult to stop, I really want a bigger turbo and intercooler and injectors but I just can afford it[:(].............................yet[:p]
