10th of November sees the return of rallying to Oulton Park for the 1st time since 1993 and with an entry that is almost full already, the event is going to well oversubscrbed. What part of Oulton Park is this being held on? Is this on the drifting/rally section or is there another off road bit to it.
From what I have been told it is using the full race track, 4 stages clockwise and 4 anticlockwise, i doubt if its using the drift/rally track. Next year if they run it then they may use access/service/infield roads as well. Hope to see you there. Adge
Cheers Adge - will be great seeing some tuned rally cars on track again - It will be a bit like time attack with the jdm cars flying around.
Really enjoyed it. Was busier than I thought. The best bit for me was watching multiple cars on different laps competing on the same piece of track. You realise how fast the Ford Escorts are. Impressive for an old bit of kit.
