To anybody who is going to this event & coming from the Preston or Blackpool areas. I will be waiting at the junction of the M65 & M61 motorways at 8.00am. Come by me and I will tag along with your convoy; if that's OK?

Hmmmm, been told that I may have problems with the Focus on the rollers due to the ESP system. Apparently turning off the ESP in the car doesn't fully disengage it - I also need to remove the ABS fuse from under the bonnet.

This is something to do with the car being confused that the front wheels are spinning and the rears are stationary - so power to the front wheels it cut and/or the brakes are applied. So hopefully pulling the fuse sorts this out..?

Also, 'some' rolling roads can't cope very well with the 5 cylinder engine - I have no idea why...??

These are just things I have read on the ST forum. Can anyone shed any light on any of this?

(obviously I will be blaming all of the above if I get bad figures :lol: )
