LADS Anniversary Run Out - 15th Nov 09

As mentioned at today’s meeting, we are organizing the Buttertubs run out for the LADS 6th Anniversary.

The date for the event will be the Sunday 15th November and as previous years we will be stopping halfway round for a bite to eat.

Please note this event takes place on tight twisty roads and as such it is not recommended as a family event.
That said, families are welcome, just please bear in mind that this is a long run and kids with weak stomachs.......(you get the picture) :shock:

The meeting point is Clitheore Macdonalds just off the A59 between 9am - 9.30am. You'll need a co pilot and a pen / pencil to strike through the notes.

We'll be running a recce a couple of weeks before the event, and there will be a lead car on the day itself that will check for "obstacles" on route :wink: :lol:

Menu is in !
Unfortunatley the pub already has a booking on the 15th, so in order to speed up the service, the owners have offered us a Sunday special.
Prices are £10.95 for Two Courses or Three Courses at £12.95.

If we go for this option we will have our own room with a table for everyone to sit together, place names with the individuals order already noted (so the waiters know who to serve).
This should also keep the stop over to a minimum and mean were clear of the following party.
