ON behalf of a friend - Quote Jim Clark Rally – Saturday 1st June 2013 Our good friend Phil Rees, WRC Stage Commander, has been in touch to ask for marshalling assistance on the forthcoming Jim Clark Rally on Saturday 1st June 2013. He is running a 2 mile stage at Langton, near Duns, and requires marshals and timekeeping support to make the event run smoothly.
