It is a very very sad day I put an ad on the pistonheads site and the phone never stopped ringing, first guy who looked at the car, bought it. I have got to say though that it is going to a very good home, himself and his wife are obviously scoob fans and look after their cars as the WR1 will be sat next to a mint P1 he already has. Gonna so miss that car when it goes next week as its the best thing I have ever driven, but there is no way I will be leaving the club, I will defo be showing my face, but I will be scoobyless. Doug! I am glad you are gonna give it a good home.
mmmmmmmmmm One of the best cars I ever had the pleasure of driving. I didn't ask you if he was keeping the graphics, did you throw in the part completed boot install, speak to you in the week. Even Audrey said she wished we had the money to buy it.
Spent all day yesterday removing the graphics for him. Looks like Martin has first shouts on the boot install that never made it to the car. Obviously if he stumps up the right money for it.lol Took me bl*@dy ages to make.
Shame that Gav You need a cheaper Scoob to keep you going for a year or so Ang on a mo I think I can see one from here  It's a nice green MY99 Impreza with less tha 43k on the clock currently sat on my drive
Its not just the time you took to make it, its the skilled craftsmanship that you struggle to put a price on. Can you not put the graphics on the pcikup or have you taken them of with your usual grace and gentleness....all screwed up in the corner of the garage.
LOL @ Gary, always the salesman. Yeh your right Ian, the vinyl didn't survive my gentle hands.lol
Sorry to here you sold your car Gav , glad your not leaving the club after all its for enthusiasts as well as owners!!! Mark.
Chin up Gav . . join me in the "Temporarily Scoobless" section of LADS :!: Saw the add myself this morning on Pistonheads whilst having a look around. Didn't think it would be long. I'm sure it won't be long either before you are itching to get another Frosty
Well done on the sale - if you want a Scoob "fix" there's always a spare seat next to me on the T hunts, now that Tripple is up & running (don't think Steve would get in again). That is unless Tripple wants revenge, and I have to co drive for him
