Check BBC News 24 and Sky News, the Police have now said 4 on board and no survivors, Collin is believed to be on board as the pilot, let’s hope they are wrong. Daz.
very sad day driving that game made me want a scooby ,,,,,,,,,wot a loss,,,cheers colin
I really can't believe this sad news if it's true Like many others I started watching rallying in the days of the Group B car, the Manta 400 the Metro 6R4 etc, but it wasn't until I saw Colin in the Subaru Legacy and that awsome sound that made me want what he was driving. Then along came the new design Impreza to take over the Legacy and that was it, I was hooked !! I went to the RAC Rally just to watch Colin in the 555 Impreza and watch the way he drove, always at full tilt and sideways, he didn't know how to drive any other way. Fantastic, always my favourite driver and shall remain so. I will always remember being at Chester racecourse when he won the RAC Rally and the championship and doing donuts it was great I hope it isn't the case But if it is RIP Colin, you were the best to me.
what a legend cant believe he is dead, this is guting as i said i have met the guy top bloke rip colin
Gman...how can you possibly talk about ltd edition scoobs so soon after something like this? this is a tragedy and Colin will be sadly missed! I also saw him win the championship at chester racecourse and donut his scoob like a man possesed, from that day on I just had to have an impreza GOODBYE COLIN R.I.P
I promised myself that after i'd watched colin mc'rae win the championship i would own a scoob, i watched all the rally's in the day even got my reg for my car relating to the 555 colin mc'rae era. It is a sad sad time and sympathy goes out to his family, Rally has lost another great champion RIP
I have just read that his son is believed to have been in the crash as well http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/ ... 461339.ece
