I have a sports cat down pipe fitted and today I fitted a decat up pipe without the exhaust gas temp sensor.

I have a fault for the rear O2 sensor and for the EGT sensor being missing.

Has anyone tried these resistor in the plug socket things?

Does anyone know of anywhere who can delete the faults from the ECU list so it doesn't come back on?

I know I'd be better off with a full remap but I just can't afford that yet.

It seems I was wrong about this, since replacing the front oxy sensor and fitting the de cat up pipe, all faults have cleared by themself and the car is running great. Better than any other point in the 11 months I've owned it.

The problem I now have is my emissions are in the 0.5-0.6 range and I need to be more like 0.2 to pass the MOT.
Anyone got any ideas to bring the emissions down, I really don't want to be fitting a standard exhaust to get it through. I have a sports cat in the down pipe but that's all.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Codes aren't a problem, nothing is coming up as a fault at the moment. Just the emissions.

I'll give cataclean a try. Thanks
