Getting a 2.5" decat downpipe fitted next monday. Already taken the centre cat off and a TSL backbox. Only other mods are a Green Cotten Panel filter and a VTA dump valve. My question is do I need (or do you recommend) an uprated fuel pump? If the answer is yes, where am I best buying :wink: Thanks Karl
Not very technical minded but I was advised as a longevity measure to upgrade my fuel pump so I'm guessing when mods are done to any car that increase power, useing more fuel, then an upgraded pump can only be a sensible move. Hope this helps and is of sound advise?
How old is the car? for the sake of 70 quid I would fit one. They become worn in the older cars and you have the possibility of the engine leaning out and destroying the engine. They are easy to fit if you are ok with the spanners. http://www.jollygreenmonster.com/fuel_pump.asp.htm
