What options are there for modding the blobeye headlights look apart from forking out for some Morette's.

I'm thinking cheap-ish and cheerful e.g. eyebrows etc.

p.s. There already de-tangoed but can they be de-chromed?

No Worries, the scariest part is having the light unit in an Oven

Tell me about it... especially when Andy at ScoobySpares told me that my lights were about £700 each from Subaru

    This is my next mod.

The how-to I have seen showed the oven method, but I'm nervous about a bubbling mess in the wife's new kitchen.

What size of fan heater did you use?

    I have a 2kw one.

    Thanks

  15. Same power as mine.

If I was to do it again Id use a paint stripper to build the heat up quickly as it has more directional control, then a hair dryer to keep the sealant/glue soft until it went back together.
