ABS Sensors

    What's the best way to diagnose which ABS sensor is faulty without plugging it into a diagnostics software. :D

    Maybe do a resistance check on each one and get both the tooth and gap reading, the one thats different from the rest or doesn't change resistance as the ring is moved is likely to be the faulty one :idea:

    Also check the plugs on inner wing where sensor joins loom,separate them and give them a blast of wd,
    my abs light would come on due to a poor connection there,

    I ripped the lot out as i got sick of it kicking in when it shouldnt :evil:

    Gary...do you know where the ABS diagnostic port is? Join the terminals together and the fault is 'flashed' by the ABS light. I've the codes, I just need to know where the port is now.
