Never had the break from modded cars, wanted a family motor so I went out and bought a 4 door saloon called a Subaru Sti.lol changing from a 3 door Golf Gti. Loved my VDub era.
100% NO . I would bet my life kriss,s car est 400 bhp would eat alive a 300 bhp classic and its not all about 1/4 mile times . lets try 100 to 180 mph where bhp kicks in . I,m sure you would change that quote ROLL ON THE CLASSICS 8) :lol: :lol:
I've seen the oil cooler located in this position before at a rolling road in surrey. Both were SMG built scoobs, both 500bhp monsters. I posted on scoobynet about mounting the oil cooler here, as mine is currently behind the number plate but may need to be relocated once I have the fmic fitted. Didn't get a response to my question. So is this considered a bad location then? Dave
