Fitted roof bars and roof box for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a family holiday to the Emerald Isle - all 5 of us! All went fine... Also swapped wheels for the 17"s to get a bit of extra arch clearnce with all the 'heavy lumps' in the back Removed lip spoiler too - just in case of tricky approach angles etc on the ferry over to Dublin... Needn't have bothered though... Total height with box only 6'1" so well within the ferry lowest charge limit of 6'3"... Met a couple of other Legacys over there... Stayed in a lovely Cottage right next to the beach in Bettystown about 1/2 hour north of Dublin... Cottage... View from living room... Highly recommended

Cheers guys... Steve - I wasn't sure on the polished GRA finish either... but I figured I can always have them re-done in a colour I like when they are a bit scruffy My favourites are the Prodrive GT1s - but they won't fit over the new Brembos...
