Blitz NUR spec exhaust

Has anyone got a Blitz NUR spec exhaust?

I have a problem with the baffle insert.

It keeps vibrating and making a loud vibrating sound at certain revs.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have taken it out and moved it about and put it back in, still the same

i do mostly, its just for day to day driving about, its making a terrible vibrating noise

 

I've got two bolts holding the outer bit on, it reduces movement, and I've welded some fins on the pipe that inserts into the silencer. No rattles at all

 

is it bent at all? post a picture up it might help.

I dont have one myself so dont know if this is common :?

 

Mine never used to vibrate..

Maybe try a little bit of grease on it that is ok with heat..
