Well I know I've got an up pipe leak but any advise out there would be appreciated. It's blowing quite badly now after a bit motorway today. Engine light came on later after returning from work. Light has reset but running lumpy now and won't tick over properly .
Think it could only be because of the up pipe????
Any thoughts before I take her to the local clinic Monday?

An up pipe leak won't make it lumpy.

Have you noticed any change in the sound it makes when it comes on boost? A hissing noise maybe?

Sounds like a split or leak in either the rubber hose from the turbo to the intercooler or the hose from the intercooler to the manifold, especially if its idling, lumpy or cutting out

Up pipe done starts up then after a couple of seconds runs lumpy smells of fuel.
Has come up with an error code 4 = 4th injector

Yep checked , gonna check/ change plugs not old though.
Probably the injector, sort of intermittent problem For last 3 / 4 months hopefully that.
Thought it was something to do with ecu temp sensor running lumpy then ok and after starting from warm it would run lumpy for a few mins sometimes. Even changed the maf.
First time I've seen the engine check light for along time though.

Changed fuel filter less than two years ago car starts as normal then goes lumpy. Comin up injector 4 on ecu , got one comin tomorrow. Got fuel pressure , cleaned cam sensors not long since.
Will fit injector hopefully tomorrow, up pipe is right now as well .

Well at least when I did 125 back from the rolling road meet it didn't blow up! :D
Got fresh Maf installed back in business! Not bapped it yet, may take the battery off tomorrow clean up the messy finger prints etc and then take it for a sprint see what happens!
Tickover ok but I think deep down other small issues to be addressed !
