will 19''s affect the handling on my car and will i have to do any arch mods to get them to fit properly? i have a 53 reg wrx?

Not 100% but don't think it sould affect the arches if you get the right profile tyye put on as you shouldn't be increasing the overall size of the "wheel+tyre". May be a problem if the width of the wheel is increased though.

I would imagine the ride would be quite heavily compromised due to the size of the tyre profile you'd have to put on. 18"s are probably a better option IMHO

Marc has 19's on his classic, lowered on KW coilovers...

Rides pretty damn good to be honest, and no clearance issues..

When I had my Sti8 I had 19" RSGT's on and I didn't get any issues with handling or rubbing.
