RIP Kevin Fallowes

    I'm struggling putting this into words, but thought some members would like to see it here rather than in the paper.

    Kev Fallowes sadly passed away this afternoon in a motoring accident.

    Kev had become one of my closest friends since moving to a new area, and whilst he didn't own a Subaru his love for the mark, rallying, and anything on 4 wheels that went fast, shone through.

    Some of you may remember him from the New Brighton rally last year and he didn't forget you - forever commenting how it was one of his best days out.

    Unfortunately he never made many meets, etc as he worked weekends, but I for one will miss one of the warmest & friendliest characters this world had to offer.

    Only 22 he'd saved for the last year to take his test & after passing on his first attempt, had bought himself a 106 Rally.

    RIP mate - I'll miss our drunken, kebab laden, staggers home !

    Just logged on and saw this news, sad to see it.
    I met Kev last year when I went to New Brighton with Chris, he came across as a likable friendly guy who was obviousy into cars and rallying, he clearly shared our appreciation of all things Subaru.

    Deepest sympathy to his family and of course to you Chris.

    I've never met this chap, but its always a sad moment when someone loses there life.

    Thoughts are with his family, and to any one who knew him...

    Sad news indeed, I met Kevin last year and thought what a nice guy he was.

    Will be thinking of his family at this sad time :(
