my Bugeye has started showing a P1312 - power train fault.. I reset it and immediately it comes on again.. Inter web suggests a misfire, but the car seems to be running fine.

It started when I did a quick acceleration and I got a P0340 fault which suggests a camshaft position sensor.. I was doing around 7.5k revs at the time

I reset this and then I got the constant P1312 about 10 mins later just running at a steady 3k revs

    Any ideas?

could be a plug on 5he coil packs come a little loose under load imo
Cps sensor needs cleaning or replacement but clean it up first
or maybe your 1st bank sensor msy have shat it self

Don’t mess with the maf sensor mate unless you want heavy bills for engine repairs if not sure take it to a competent garage
I personally rate Brian at cams performance for service and communications
Also if it does need any bits he’ll have them there so no messing one stop it’s all there

    Hope you get it sorted
