Just to let everyone know, we have been successful and accepted for this event, details of where we are meeting and time will be posted nearer the date.

Do We need tickets or just show up on the day?

 

No you will have passes which I'll get nearer the time mark, hopefully received before the last meet before the event so you can get them from me there or at the meeting point on the day

 

Ok guys, I have your passes and they will be at today's meeting if your there, otherwise I will give them to you on the day at the meeting point.

Sunday's attendees be in the same place for around 8.00am to leave at 8.15am, I'll see you there, anyone arriving to the show grounds after 10.30am may struggle to get on

Team I have Flucked up and double booked sunday for myself and cannot attend was only talking to Nige today sparked the OH Sh1te word sry I cannot make this 1 Dave

 

Unfortunately last minute change for myself as well.... car has gone in to the bodyshop (nothing serious don't worry, but will take 3 to 4 days) so won't be available at the weekend for the show. Really sorry, but looks like we've got a good contingent already

Defo rob However the weather well make the best of it if it rains we won't have to clean the cars just the wheels ehh .

 

Gutted for LADS today due to marshals who dont know anything about cars - I had a barney with a marshal at 7:30 who said my car would get stuck up that little hill to our stands after letting a Triumph Spitfire go up. Told him are you taking the piss as Subarus are all wheel drive. After 5 mins of confrontation and a queue behind me he said go on but if you get stuck its your risk - 15 mins later mk3 escorts and capris are allowed up and you guys were blocked - then everyone was allowed up. as they ran out of space.

 

It was a great day rob we all made the best of whatever the day threw at us had a great time regardless of where we were parked
it's what we LADS do best Anytime anyplace anywhere you can have a great laugh and a great time

 

If it cheers you guys up a dad and little lad came on CADS stand, and at full volume he pointed out I like that one WR1 and I like that one RB320 and I like that one RB5 - then he pointed at my car and I thought Yeessss - and he said but dad thats rubbish . had to go for a drink

 

I also had a bit of a chat with Stuart about it all Rob and last night when he told us what he was doing but to no avail, as always CADS stand looked great today, our stand looked BRILLIANT! pmsl
